Evaluation use
Unless a separate written license states otherwise, a sample supplied by DModify may be used internally to evaluate technical fit and data quality. It may not be resold, sublicensed or republished as a competing dataset.
Production and redistribution
Production use, automated redistribution, customer-facing redistribution, API access or resale requires rights stated in the applicable commercial agreement.
Source attribution
Where delivery includes source provenance fields, they should be preserved when technically reasonable. Public descriptions must not imply endorsement by an underlying government source.
Separate agreements
A signed enterprise, subscription or order agreement controls if it conflicts with this baseline page.
